What it does

Everything between “I want sushi” and “it’s on the table”:

  • Ordering — menu, cart, modifiers, allergens, addons.
  • Kitchen — live tickets, prep states, rushes, prints.
  • Delivery — zones, rider dispatch, live tracking, ETA.
  • Payments & wallets — cards, cash, balance, refunds, receipts.
  • Discounts & loyalty — codes, tiers, campaigns.
  • Operations — invoices, analytics, day-close.

One app for the customer. One dashboard for the staff. One system underneath both.

Reflection

The interesting part wasn’t any single feature — it was making the whole loop feel like one product from inside the kitchen and outside the door.
